Tent Rentals:

Gateway Park is now completely fenced in.  Although this has made the pitch quality better than ever, it also means shade is available outside the fenced areas only.

10' x 20' pavilion tents are available to rent for $75 for the weekend. These tents will be pre-assembled by the tournament hosts each morning, and will be ready for use when your club arrives.

Email Mac Robertson to reserve one for your club, or simply send an additional $75 with your tournament registration fee. These tents are available on a first come-first served basis only.  Also, the tents will be kept overnight for you by the tournament hosts, and set up for you each morning.

Committed Teams:

The 2001 Cowtown is filling fast.  If you haven't paid your entry fee and are hoping to participate, you should contact Mac Robertson ASAP. He can be reached by phone at 817-657-7032 or email at mac@fortworthrugby.com.
