Player & Club Check-In
Player check-in will occur at the Best Western hotel on Friday Night, May 11. USA
Rugby will provide an official to perform the check-in. Check USA Rugby's web site for details on requirements for player
check-in.
Club Tent Rentals
10' x 20' pavilion tents are available to rent for $100 for 2 days. These tents are
extremely easy to set up. The Gateway Park facilities are outstanding, but shade is
available outside the fenced areas only.
Email Buddy Taylor to reserve one for your club. These tents are available on a first
come-first served basis only. Also, the tents will be kept overnight for you by the
tournament hosts, and available each morning for pick-up.

the pitches in top condition this year.
